Welcome to KimiOra Wellness, where our Initial Consultation focuses on delving deep into your health history, diet, and lifestyle factors to uncover the root cause of your health concerns in a 90-minute session. Also during an initial consultations, we carefully examine your tongue, nails, and irises to gather essential information about your wellbeing. You will then receive a personalised treatment plan with dietary, lifestyle, and environmental advice tailored just for you within 5 working days of your consultation. You'll also have the option to purchase the recommended herbal formulas or supplements to support your health journey. We kindly ask you to complete a registration form and a 3-day food diary to help us better understand your needs. This will be sent to you after the appointment is made. Please note: for an initial consultation to take place, the registration form and a 3-day food diary need to be completed, or the consultation cannot go ahead.
